    Mathematica script with the setup of the optimization problem.

methods-used.txt
    Contains methods of order 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10.
    It can be read into mathematica by Read["methods-used.txt"]. 

*.mat
    Coefficients in Octave/Matlab format. See "runme.m" for usage.
